In Winterberg, council of Lindau, appealing apartments are to be let or for sale. Many details and materials were taken from the old farmhouse. In the reconstructed sustainable house there are six spacious, modern and sunny apartments of different sizes. The building meets the Minergie standard. All apartments have comfort ventilation and underfloor heating, and feature a high standard of development with many lovely details and materials from the old farmhouse.

The geothermal heat pump and solar panels provide energy for heating and hot water and the photovoltaic solar panels on the roof supply a portion of the electricity for the house.

In front of the big front door there is an old well with the barely visisibly engraved year 1857. The entrace hall is specially welcoming due to the half-timbered wall taken from the old farmhouse and thanks to its lightness and generosity. It reaches up to the roof pitch and is illuminated by skylights. The kitchens of the apartments slightly extend into the entrance area, but still leave enough clear view to the roof. A lift makes all apartments, garage and basement easily accessible.

The modern and sunny kitchens are equipped with Miele appliances, this includes a steamer and an oven and a cooking island with ceramic hob. Each apartment also has its own washing machine and tumble-dryer of V-Zug. All apartments have a cable TV connection and are connected to the fiber optic network of the council of Lindau. Each apartment is assigned a lockable storage room in the cellar. Furthermore, there is a common drying room in the basement.

In the basement garage parking spaces are available for rent.

Furthermore, a furnished guest room with separate entrance is also available. It can be rented on a daily weekly or as needed. It features a fully equiped bathroom and a covered veranda.

An inviting children's playground in the northeast corner of the garden promises children and parents fun and relaxing hours in the shade of century-old lime tree.
